We raise purebred and grade Nubian goats at Fostering Change Farm. The Nubian (or Anglo-Nubian) goat is considered a dual purpose breed of goat but it has been selected particularly for its milk production. It is known for producing milk with a high butterfat content. The goats used to create this breed originated in North Africa and the Middle East. They can tolerate very hot climates but they are quite sensitive to the cold. Our goats enjoy being outside in the summer, but they stay in the cozy barn during the winter.

We have limited numbers of breeding stock available. If you are interested in purebred or grade Nubian goats, please contact us for more information.
